Your use of this website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with our Online Ordering Terms and Conditions as set out below.

On-Pin GPS reserves the right to amend the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the consumer. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the Online Ordering Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

Payment
Prices of products, service, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact regarding this.

GST
GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.

Credit Card Verification Process
All Credit Card details will go through an Address Verification (AV) process. If the AV fails On-Pin GPS will seek additional proof of identity.
To prevent this extra request On-Pin ask that all information is supplied and that all fields are completed.

What may cause my AV to fail?
You must supply the billing address & phone number that matches the credit card you have used.
Please note PO Boxes and Mobile Phone numbers are not acceptable.
On-Pin will use this information to match the credit card to the details you have supplied.
If you wish to have the goods shipped to an alternative address please supply a "ship to" address in the comments section of the order form.

Quick processing of your order
If On-Pin cannot verify your address via your local white pages we will request additional identification. This may delay the shipping of your order. To expedite the delivery of your order please be sure all information is present and correct.
If there is a reason for delivery details varying from your phone directory detail please makes a note in our comments box on the shopping cart.

Promotion Codes
Occasionally, On-Pin GPS Online will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from On-Pin GPS Online in order to qualify for a promotion code.
These promotion codes can only be redeemed on On-Pin GPS Online. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions.
When you order on On-Pin GPS Online and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order.
Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it.

We've designed the site so that these protections are automatic; there's nothing you need to do except shop...with confidence!

When you process a transaction with On-Pin GPS, all of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encoded with the latest encryption technology (see Secure Sockets Layer). This means it cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
Our order processing centre is not connected to the Internet and is not accessible in any way. When processing orders on our site, On-Pin GPS does not collect financial information to process your payment. This information is solely handled by our banking partner and is collected on a secure server.

On-Pin GPS uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL is the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. Your credit card numbers and other personal information, is encrypted before it is sent or received over the Internet.
The following indicates that you have entered a secure session and will be present when you are requested to enter your credit card details:

    • the small padlock at the foot of your browser or next to the URL bar (IE7)

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Australia Post Person-to-Person
On-Pin GPS use Australia Post Express delivery for all online sales.
This ensures that the article is specifically signed for by the person named in the address. The cost of delivery is included in the transaction cost.
Delivery Times: Standard Delivery Time is 3 to 5 Working Days

Gift Voucher Only
If you are purchasing a Gift Voucher only online, there is no charge for delivery by post.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your hardware purchase, On-Pin offers a 30 day satisfaction Guarantee. This allows you to return a Guru hardware product you have purchased within 30 days for full refund less any shipping costs incurred by On-Pin .
Goods must be returned in original condition with all the packaging and receipt.
Offer excludes special orders, demo models & run-outs. Some professional products are excluded.
Return postage is not included. Please contact support for an RMA.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
On-Pin offers a 12 month manufacturers limited warranty for the Guru 4, and 90 day limited warranty on accessories. Should your On-Pin purchase need service under warranty, please contact support for an RMA authorization.
This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage or defect resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, tampering or servicing performed or attempted by unauthorised person/s.
On-Pin reserves the right to repair or replace any components which fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or
labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.

A Guru owner will be notified of any potential repair cost associated with damage not covered by this warranty and may elect to pay for the repair, or have the damaged unit returned as is.
Note: All repairs are warranted for 90 days. If the unit sent in is still under its original
warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year
warranty, whichever is longer.
In no event will On-Pin GPS be responsible for consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of the product

2 Year Extended Warranty
For an additional fee customers are able to extend the Manufacturer's Warranty by 24 Months (from expiry of the Manufacturer’s Warranty).

Terms & Conditions for On-Pin 2 Year Extended Warranty
If within 24 months from expiry of the original manufacturer warranty the product fails to function because of defects in material or workmanship, On-Pin GPS will, at their option, either repair or replace the product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage or defect resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, tampering or servicing performed or attempted by unauthorised person/s.

This is provided that the original purchaser returns the product together with this the extended guarantee card issued at the time of purchase and the original guarantee.
